Ironshore Capital Partners has acquired a 67-acre residential tract in Orange County, North Carolina, strategically located between Chapel Hill and Durham and with easy access to the Research Triangle Park. The “Dunhill” site is entitled for 28 residential units and will be developed with minimum 2-acre lots. All lots are under contract to a national homebuilder with delivery of buildable lots scheduled for the Summer of 2014.
